  Incoming material inspection process and accessories inspection regulations.

  ● Raw Material Management: All inspection results are documented, utilizing digital calipers with data transmission for measurable items. For components that cannot be directly measured, sealed reference samples are retained for comparison and verification.

  To ensure measurement accuracy, we send our calibration tools back to the original manufacturer for annual calibration and inspection.
• 4. Production process
  ● First-piece inspection is conducted at the start of production or after any process change.
  ● Operators perform self-inspection and submit parts for final inspection;
  ● Only after the first piece is confirmed as qualified can mass production proceed;
  ● Each subsequent process verifies the quality of the previous one and reports any defects promptly;
  ● The Quality Control Department conducts regular process inspections at defined intervals.

Quick reminder: when installing or testing the valve (especially without the knob), please make sure to apply force in line with the valve shaft.
