FAG bearing temperature processing method
In the use of FAG bearing process is prone to elevated temperature phenomenon. When the FAG bearing temperature rise, firstly judging whether the misoperation, as did rise, should be treated as follows:
1 checking the cooling water flow in pipeline system, and whether it is normal. If the water pressure may be a filter clogging, cannot be handled in time, can be shut down, when the confirmation can work, and then put into use.
2 should check the governor oil pressure, if low oil pressure may result in cooling water hydraulic valve.
3 check whether there is FAG bearing abnormal sound, and detecting FAG bearing swing if there is abnormal.
4 oil sampling observation of color whether there are changes, and laboratory tests to see whether the metamorphism. Confirm if the deterioration, should stop the replacement of the new oil.
5 check standard oil level is normal, if not normal, check the oil groove oil discharge valve is closed. If it is closed, should fill oil, if sealant pad leaking oil, should stop processing.
